1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and okbajy ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at okbajy.net. Please read these Terms carefully before using any part of the okbajy platform.

By accessing the okbajy website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the okbajy platform.

okbajy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To use the okbajy platform, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal, recreational use only.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on okbajy or any responsible gaming registry that applies to you.
• You have not previously had an okbajy account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity in connection with any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• Your use of the platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

okbajy reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a player cannot satisfactorily verify their age, okbajy will suspend the account and withhold any funds pending verification. If a player is confirmed to be under 18, all deposits will be returned and any winnings will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of features on the okbajy platform — including placing bets, participating in live casino games, and processing deposits or withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one okbajy account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okbajy reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances held within them.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep that information up to date throughout the life of your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and any payment details used for deposits or withdrawals. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. okbajy will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify okbajy support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

okbajy operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before any withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit valid identification — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — along with proof of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

okbajy supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods to make depositing and withdrawing as straightforward as possible for players across all eight divisions. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okbajy currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary over time; the current list of supported methods is always displayed in the player's account deposit section.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Players who have completed full KYC verification benefit from higher transaction limits. Current limits for each payment method are displayed within the player's account dashboard.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the okbajy account instantly under normal operating conditions. Deposits via bank transfer may take between 15 and 60 minutes to reflect in the account balance, depending on the processing times of the originating bank. okbajy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the okbajy payments team within 5 to 30 minutes of submission under normal operating conditions, provided that KYC verification is complete and no account restrictions are in place. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or that require additional verification checks may take longer to process. okbajy does not charge players any withdrawal fee; however, the receiving payment service may apply its own transaction charges.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the okbajy platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Players depositing from accounts denominated in other currencies should be aware that their payment provider may apply a currency conversion rate and associated fees.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

okbajy regularly offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between offer-specific terms and these general conditions, the offer-specific terms take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by okbajy are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement for a given bonus will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus — or winnings derived from the bonus — can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

A bonus may be claimed only once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. okbajy reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, reverse a credited bonus, or cancel winnings derived from a bonus if it determines — at its sole discretion — that the bonus has been claimed in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or with the specific offer conditions.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses and associated free spins or free bets expire within the timeframe stated in the offer conditions. Expired bonuses and any winnings accumulated from them will be removed from the player's account without notice. Players are responsible for monitoring the expiry dates of any bonuses credited to their accounts.

5.4 Abuse and Collusion

Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, the use of multiple accounts, or any other strategy that okbajy considers contrary to the spirit of the promotion will result in the confiscation of the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the okbajy platform. Product-specific rules — covering cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slot mechanics, and crash games — are published separately within each product section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

okbajy reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including — but not limited to — situations where a bet is placed after an event has concluded, where a system error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, or where okbajy has reasonable grounds to suspect that the integrity of the event in question has been compromised.

6.2 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect market descriptions, or technical faults — okbajy reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. okbajy will not be liable for any losses arising from a player's reliance on erroneously displayed information.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by sport, market, game type, and account tier. Current stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. okbajy reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts at any time without prior notice.

6.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is subject to real-time odds fluctuations. Bets placed during live events are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the precise moment of confirmation. Network delays may result in a bet being placed at odds that differ from those visible on the player's screen at the time of submission; okbajy will honour the odds recorded in its system at the moment the bet was accepted.

6.5 Responsible Use of Gaming Features

Players are encouraged to use all available responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion — when engaging with any betting or gaming product on the platform. Details of these tools are set out in the Responsible Gaming section of this site.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbajy platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and — where applicable — reporting to the relevant authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Money laundering: Using the okbajy platform to disguise the origin of funds obtained through unlawful means. okbajy maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one okbajy account simultaneously or sequentially under different identities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, share bonus funds, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, or in connection with any scheme to fix or manipulate the result of a match or game.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal in connection with a deposit made to okbajy.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at okbajy staff or other players.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your okbajy account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or WhatsApp. Prior to account closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining balance — after the deduction of applicable bonus funds — will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by okbajy

okbajy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction connected to the account.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.
• A court order or instruction from a competent authority requiring the restriction of the account.

8.3 Funds on Closure

Where an account is closed by okbajy due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed — particularly in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse — okbajy reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance. Where an account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to any breach by the player, the verified balance will be returned in full.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okbajy's total liability to any player in connection with the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okbajy shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, indirect loss, or consequential loss of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or whether okbajy had been advised of its possibility.

okbajy does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, and events outside okbajy's reasonable control — including network outages, power failures, and natural events — may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features. okbajy will endeavour to restore service as promptly as possible but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.

10. Amendments to These Terms

okbajy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it substantively affects a player's rights or obligations — okbajy will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via the contact details held on their account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you remain aware of any changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the okbajy platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 8.1 of these Terms.
